Refund policy

At Rugged Society, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at orders@ruggedsociety.com.au.
  • Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at orders@ruggedsociety.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

  •  If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired item. Please note that when a drop sells out - exchanges will be unavailable.
